Description: Advantage Home Care is seeking a Regional Private Duty Manager to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate staffing services performed by AHC staff. The Regional Private Duty Manager is responsible for assessing present and potential needs and resources for care, as well as provide marketing strategies and services to increase census and build the business.

Cases range from 1 to 8 hours throughout our service area which includes Berks, Montgomery, Chester, Lehigh, Northampton and surrounding counties.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor`s degree in Business or Health Related field, marketing and fiscal management experience. Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver`s license, automobile insurance, available automobile during working hours, and be able to drive in all types of weather. EOE
